The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help if there are any issues with an order. The pickup process is well-organized, and orders are usually ready on time. The store itself is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection of fresh produce and specialty items. Whether you’re shopping or picking up deliveries, this Whole Foods runs smoothly and provides excellent service!
I wanted a bunch of dill for my soup. There wasn't any on the shelf. I asked the kind gentleman in the produce department if there was any dill anywhere else. He returned with an entire box of it. That was cool.
Thought there'd be a big line for Amazon returns but there wasn't! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Of course I had to peruse the cheese on my way out. I found a great new taste for my bagel. Black Label cambozola exclamation point a great decadent holiday treat!
I find the staff to be lovely. But the store has gone down hill since Amazon took over. Some items are still ok but not many. The meat counter has little to nothing. They eliminated a lot of popular fresh items and just send you over to the cold case for them now. Don’t buy their honey crisp apples. They used to be great but the last few years they are a different apple sourced differently?. Now they are always mushy and bruised. The bread, well I don’t buy it anymore. It should be a crime to charge what they charge for bread. Add 2 to 3.00 to every item you used to buy. The only thing i run across that has remained steady in price is their chicken broth!
This used to be my favorite whole foods location, after today's experience I'm looking at other locations. The staff seemed to really hate their jobs as well as happy customers. Overall, I came to get the usual and got out as soon as possible. The facility itself was clean and stocked up on all the organic meats and foods I love. But customer service with a smile is what keeps someone returning, I’m going to fresh tyme for now on.
