EDIT: Now they are saying I was never there! What?!?!? Here is a picture of the $140 bill that I was able to negotiate down to $120. How can they not have records of the cars they service?

I had my car towed here Wednesday morning upon being told they could work on it either that day or Thursday morning at the latest. After repeatedly being told it would only take one more day, they did not actually begin work on the car until late Saturday afternoon. The "repair" they had to make was extremely simple. They were cleaning out the mass air sensor. I was told the cost was going to be $140. This is astronomically high as a bottle of air sensor cleaner can be bought for less than $10, and it takes no mechanical skill to spray it on the sensor. After stating my case for a lower rate, they relented to charge "only" $120. Washtenaw Auto Care kept me without my car for 4 days, forcing me to walk to work and get rides to school, only to clean my mass air sensor and charge an absurdly high rate. I will never give this place my business again and would not recommend it to anybody.

There isn’t a a better shop in the Ypsilanti area. These guys do have a wait to get your car in sometimes but it’s because of their amazing work. I have never been ripped off by these guys and I don’t see it happening. The managers are very helpful and make a stressful repair seem easy.

If you are looking for an excellent professional service then come to this place without a second thought. Ashraf is a great person and his staff provide the best service with a reasonable price. I changed my tires and my battery without any problems. I change my oil here too. They deserve 10 stars🤙🏻👌🏻

This place has amazing customer service. I had an issue with my car the night before a big road trip to Alabama. I went in the next morning and told them the situation. The job would have probably taken a day or two elsewhere, but they were able to get me out the same day. Both guys I talked to there were very understanding. It's just a shame I can't rate them 6 stars.

REAL REVIEW - Most of these reviews are FAKE by family members overcompensating with a high star rating for their incompetence. Just look at how they respond to any sort of criticism and are completely unprofessional. I brought in my BMW for an electrical check up and they ended up ruining my transmission without taking any responsibility for it whatsoever. Don't waste your money here and don't believe the hype - These guys don't know what they are doning
