Discount Tire Store - Ann Arbor, MI

Over a period of 15 years, I've CONSISTENTLY found Discount Tire (be it this location or any other, both in state & out), to offer the lowest price on tires for my vehicle. I don't get the most expensive, but not the cheapest either. I didn't discover until almost 8 years ago that you can actually "haggle" for lack of a better term, with them over the price of tires!! It can potentially save you quite a bit of money! Of course it's much easier to haggle over an entire set vs a single tire because there's a larger margin to work with. I have an SUV with 18" tires, so they're def more on the expensive side even at the lower end of quality. So to be able to save $ is awesome! The fact that they're covered by a Lifetime Warranty which includes Free Roadside Hazard repair/replace is hard to match. I'll definitely be a lifelong customer.

Super efficient! I had an appointment at 10:00am - had two new tires and was out the door by 10:35. There was a steady flow of customers the whole time I was there, but they got everyone in and out pretty fast.

Rich and Pete are the go to guys. I was going to get a free tire patch but then they discovered the tire had been patched before and was now leaking. Ended up getting new shoes on my ‘94 Bronco, and she’s driving like new now. Great service great prices will definitely be coming back for any and all tire needs.

Great service! They always give solid, practical advice and they aren't trying to get you to buy the most expensive, useless stuff like some auto shops do. I've always have positive experiences here.

Absolutely the best. I had spent an entire day running around from place to place trying to get an answer for why my car kept vibrating at certain speeds. The first place I went to told me what they thought was the problem, the second place told me everything was fine, neither one of them did much. Obviously everything was not fine, so my last hope was Discount Tire. I have had very good experiences here previously and figured I would give it a shot, which was a good call. They immediately identified the problem and fixed it. The following day the issue continued and they told me to come back in so they can take a look and try fixing it again. At this point they have done everything they could for the tire problem. If it continues, it's unrelated to the tires. I really appreciate the service. The wait may be a bit longer but it's worth it. Thanks so much!
