Sergio was really nice and helpful getting my phone turned back on. Would work with him again. On the other hand, Daniel was pushy with trying to sell additional products even when I told him I wasn’t interested.

I wish everybody treated clients like Derek does. This guy knows a lot of information activated my v20 in a matter of minutes while telling me how Sprint became the way they did. Very cool

Staff at Washtenaw Sprint are life! I thought my world was over when my iPhone wouldn't turn but on 😭😭 but Chris took my phone worked his magic and I was back in business! He showed me how to backup my phone with my insurance plan so I never have to worry again! Go see these guys they actually care about your stuff 😍😍

Best Sprint store in the city. Unlike rest people here were polite and welcoming. They would have time to understand your problem and resolve it. Also takes effort to make sure you understand what you are buying. Been there twice till now.

Amazing service yesterday from Daniel Gietzen! (last name spelling might be slightly off) we have never had a good experience with Sprint until now, and we will make sure he is working every time we visit from now on!
