The store was clean, and well stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful, and not too difficult to find for assistance. I used the self checkout for the small number of items I had purchased. Highly recommend this place to satisfy that creativity itch.
Basically everything was on sale including fall and Halloween stuff even though it's in season. Super cute fall candles!!
I'd give 10 if I could - Zach at the framing counter was fantastic! The most helpful person I've talked to at any store in a long time. Friendly, patient, helpful - can't say enough good things. Somebody give this man a raise!
Standard Michaels, though on the smaller side. There was a very nice woman who helped me with yarn. But when I went to check out, the lady waiting behind the first register was not very pleasant. Her register was closed, which she informed me personally without bothering to look up.
Great service and always has everything crafty that I need!nPlus I found the candy which had been moved since my last visit. I've always been a Smarties fan and I've never seen the Mega size anywhere else!!
