I took my truck for an oil change last time and I got more than just an oil change. I got SERVICE! I was able to wait there, it was fast, the price was correct, they fixed even my rubber floormat problem. They respected the truck (no grease marks, did not move the seats, did not touch the bear on the dashboard...) The washroom was very clean... Coffee good, no loud noises, like in the spa... Details, details, details... 5 star service for me for sure!

Best dealer. The sale staff is amazing Jennifer and Louis Charles took care of me beyond expectation. My salesman Zaidan was kind and listened to my needs. I will keep going back to West Island Ford Lincoln.and I recommend it to everyone. This is a no pressure sales team experienced and professional. The owners should be proud of their team.

The best service ever they know how to take care of their clients! From Francois and David which is helping at the service counter right now, yes know them by name as they all their clients. It's a family not just a place to get your car taken care of and they care!!

Worst service ever. I have a 2008 edge. The fuel tank recall resulted gas leaking like hell(this I told the owner when I was checking out to buy my 2nd car), the 2nd recall for the air bag they never give me a call back to confirm parts availability for a duration of like one year, I called again, the guy said he is going to call me back in 15 mins but when I call back after one hour he said if I didn't call he would have time to check out. Can you believe it?
