I had a terrible experience with Norman and the Audi team.nnI brought my car in because a warning light appeared on the dashboard.  Since it’s under warranty, I asked three separate times if there would be a charge just to check the warning.  I was assured there wouldn’t be.nnFour days later, I returned and was told I now had to pay a labour charge.  This is unacceptable customer service. If there was going to be a charge, why wasn’t I informed beforehand?nKeep in mind they never answer the phone to let me know what’s going on with the car.nnAfter I explained that the car was still under warranty, they insisted it wasn’t anymore because I’d surpassed 80,000 kilometres.  However, my car hasn’t even reached that milestone yet.  Apparently, they had miswritten the mileage on the paperwork.  To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for my extended warranty deductible instead. It was terrible service.nnI’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this was handled. I expected much better service from Audi.nnThis was a very disappointing experience.

Beyond the worst service department. Can't fix a car they sold me they've had my car in service for over 4 months and no one gives me an update. I call , leave messages, send emails... No one ever responds, unless it is to say they want to add charges to the loaner they gave me that came with an engine light flashing! Stay away from this dealer. I'm certain every other Audi dealership will give you a better experience

I had a very pleasant experience with the sales manager Daud. As we are from Ontario and purchased the vehicle in Quebec, Daud was very transparent about everything we needed to know about the car and with lots of detail. He assisted us through the whole process and made sure all documentation was provided for us to bring the vehicle back and register it in Ontario. Daud was helpful and easy to talk with all through the process. Amazing dealership with great customer service!

I had an excellent experience at Audi thanks to Franco.nnHe took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made everything smooth and stress free.
