Paid extra for Certified Pre Owned and the car was delivered with a broken side view mirror motor. This is one of the many checks on the checklist. The brakes were supposed to be redone as well, I’m confident they were not serviced. I bought it at Audi st Bruno, but Audi West Island is my local dealership and was I told I can have the car serviced anywhere. They wouldn’t pick it up. The next service appointment is a month out. I’ve had VWs and Audis my whole life this is my first family car and there’s no accommodation made for bad service. Just a too bad so sad attitude. No service car so how do I pick up my son from daycare?

I had a very disappointing experience with the sales department, especially with the salesperson, Maurice. He made many promises regarding the warranty and other services, but most of them were never honored. After the purchase, he stopped responding and the staff refused to provide the help they initially assured me of. It felt like a “say anything until you buy” approach, which is unprofessional and left me feeling misled. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with the sales team here.

We almost gave up on buying a car after a horrible experience at another dealership until we met with Daoud and he completely changed our car shopping experience. He is truly Amazing at what he does, he is honest, so friendly and warm, it feels like you are shopping with a friend instead of a salesperson. He gives his honest opinion about everything and is fully transparent. I couldnt recommend him enough. Thank you for giving us such a great service, we love our new car!
