Picked up my 2017 RX F-Sport a month ago and the entire team there was very welcoming and caring. Same when I brought the vehicle for my first service. I have dealt with Mercedes-Benz West Island and BMW West-Island and the quality of service is the same.

Me and my wife just picked up our Brand new Lexus RX450H F Sport and our Salesman Rolland Mailhot and his staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and to our liking for our new purchase. Everyone is very friendly and receptive and they will work diligently to ensure a seamless and pleasurable buying experience. On delivery day Rolland even picked me my wife and child up from our home and drove us to the dealership so we could leave in our new car as a family. #Spinelli is a family company and they always take great care of their clients. I went there to look for a pre-owned lexus, i was treated very badly by the salesman, Mike Tucci . Not only he did not give me a good price on the NX200t, he was very rude and unprofessional with very poor negotiation skills. I called his manager Mr. Laberge to complain, but he was as unprofessional as his salesman , trying to justify his action. I will never ever go back there and I will not recommend this dealership to any of my friends.
