Great service from Ghyslain Charette with a lot of patience towards the customers, like us, who can not make choices easily. Had a good experience with Adamo Pitruzzelo from finance department, who knows exactly what he is doing and how things should be done.
I am from ottawa purchase 2017 alfa romeo giulia from them. the service I had was great everyone was friendly felt good being there. When I got the car back to ottawa for safety did not pass. I email them about my problem and what was required to pass Ontario safety. They send a guy down drop anther vehicle for us .took the other vehicle back to fix what ever issue needed to be fix .went for are second safety had no problem. one year pass buy had to bring my vehicle to the dealership in ottawa they type down my VIN number showing I had ran out of warranty. Funny thing is that we bought extra warranty from this dealership some how did not show up the system in ottawa .I call the the dealer in montreal and ask for use sale department manager he rember us told him the situation .Problem was solved with in two three hours. Even after the sale and one year passed still so helpful. I highly recommend this dealer ship for any one that is looking for Alfa. I would purchase another vehicle from them .

Exceptional service department. I bought my car from another dealer who's service department doesn't know anything about these cars! Yanniv the advisor and Pascal the tech were wonderful people who know their stuff and, in only one visit, fixed many issues the other dealer couldn't do in nearly 9 months!!!!!!! Bravo!!!
Excellent Dealerhip. It has been a year that I have owned my Stelvio QF and love to drive it every minute. Excellent handling, outstanding performance. Driving reasonably which is hard can attain 7.6L/100 km with super unleaded only. Sure does attract attention. Maxime did an excellent sales job to assure full satisfaction. Dealer should however follow-up with customers who purchased a service contract to inform them on service work.
Found it!! I was looking for a car that looked unique check out that front grill styling, could handle Quebec winters AWD, with a driving experience that made me feel the excitement that happens when performance and handling are in perfect balance. I bought a Stelvio. Love it! Nick, and David of Des Sources Alfa Romeo are proud of the Alfa models and it shows. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership and it was worth it, just to be around knowledgeable car enthusiasts who go above and beyond to get you into the car you’ve been searching for. Straight talk, making you feel like you matter, deep knowledge about a product they obviously love … couldn’t be happier with the car or the Des Sources Alfa Romeo Team.
Just picked up my new Stevio TI Sport, I had great service from the general manager Nick Guerriero. He was able to answer all my questions and I had more than a few LOL and find the model that I was looking for. Very happy of my selection . Also, I want to thank the owner Sebastian Pitruzzello who went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my selection. Would definitely recommend des Sources Alfa Romeo for for your next vehicle purchase.
Had been looking for a new SUV to replace my current one for about six months. I tried the Mercedes GLC 43 AMG and the Janguar F Pace before trying out the Stelvio. I really loved the interior of the Selvio and the performance was amazing. Many of it's competitors have a touchscreen which seems like an after thought and is just sticking out of the front dashboard. The interior of the Stelvio is very ergonomic and the seats really contour you! Thanks to Nic at Sources Alfa Romeo for the first class treatment! He really took care of us and was really attentive to our needs! We were able to get an amazing deal on a new Stelvio Ti Sport Nero Edizione!!! We will definitely be talking about our experience at Sources Alfa Romeo!!
Last week I bought the Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI Sport Carbon at Des Sources Alfa Romeo. I had been visiting many dealerships when I was referred to Nick Guerriero by a friend. From the minute I met Nick he demonstrated professionalism, politeness and knowledge in the different options available to me. As we navigated through the many questions I had, he was patient, took the time needed and explained in detail while providing impeccable customer service until my final decision was made. His work ethic is commendable proving that he is great at what he does and enjoys every minute of it. I want to thank Nick for all his help in fulfilling my dream to own an Alfa Romeo!! I also take this opportunity to thank Joe Ciccocioppo in Finance for his professionalism and his calm demeanor when discussing my finances and putting me at ease. This has truly been an overall excellent experience and I recommend Des Sources Alfa Romeo to everyone!
