Got a new car from the dealer and brought it for maintenance for two years to the dealership. There were small issues here and there with them but we have stay quiet until now. 2 words to describe the service : Incompetent staff. 1- Car was dropped of in the morning for a tire change. Called in the evening to get an update on when we can pick up the car only to say that they don't have the keys to the car, car isn't ready and maybe it will be ready for tomorrow. Couldn't provide a reason as to why the keys are missing or inform us the car isn't going to be ready, and provide a solution for a problem. 2- The receptionist kept transfering the call to the service department right away. Had to call back again to speak with someone else. The receptionist was eager to transfer the call again... had to call back AGAIN. 3- we were transfered to... someone... who didn't even present themselves and said they were a manager and they will contact another manager for the situation. All they have done was say "I will see what we can do, we'll call you back in 5 minutes". Guess what? No call backs from the dealership. Professionals at their best, right? I highly doubt that anything will be resolved. And the best they will do is comment on the review "thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will try to fix the problem" just to pretend they are actually doing something about it.
My friend drove 3hrs from Ontario, paid full price for a 2017 Cadillac ATS which he was promised had passed a full safety through their garage. He brought it back to Ontario and went to the garage the next day and was alarmed at what he found. There were no brakes left and many other problems. The manager Yvon made us send pictures and an inspection report only to respond with "The car passed safety with our inspection, we can't help you" We had to spend an additional $1500 on top of the dealer would not give us $1 of discount. Terrible dealer, bunch of liars and my friend has called his lawyer and will be taking legal action. He is lucky the brakes didn't fail and crash the car and die just because of a greedy dealer. Very bad. I wish we could leave 0 stars
I always get good service! I've been coming here for years, and see no reason to change. Keep up the good work!
This is the first time I went to this service station and have the worst experience of my life. When I got back my car nothing was done as promised. The agent Kostas told me the car will be washed, calibration will be done, oil change will be done. Breaks have wear and tear so it will be changed. So finally when I got the bill it was $1440 and when I went to take a look at my car i was horrified. The car was not washed and I wonder if they even touched my car. I don’t feel any different driving it now or before I have for service. These people loot the customers. At this point I am so frustrated and will never go back to this place again. Please be aware. If they call you after inspection make sure you are present physically and see what they are doing to your car. Otherwise you will have the same trauma getting a hefty bill and your car untouched.
Details to come as issue comes to a conclusion. Basically left a deposit for a car, didn't end up getting it or signing anything, now refusing to give me back my money. Update: I ended up getting my refund back but it was an ordeal and hassle. Its been five years now so I'm not sure if it's the same management team there but I said to myself I would never go back there to do business. I raised the star level to just "ok" to be fair to the others there but the management staff at that time was not great at all.
I was wondering the engine of my car running ruin and noisy,so I went to GM sources to buy Tensioner bolt longer a quarter than installed bolt,and it's fine solved the thank's God solved the problem.
Worst experience when buying a used car. Told that whateveer is wrong with the car will be fixed and covered for the certified gm inspection. The inspection was a joke a list of problems that were found after a few days of driving the car. Told by a salesman that everything will be fixed upon receipt of the car. A non mechanic should be able to do a better inspection then a certified mechanic. No care when it came to the inspection.. if i knew all the problems the car actually had i would of never bought the car . Car wasnt even a week in my possesion before calling to get it checked. A month later im still waiting for all the problems to be fixed. In my opinion these guys shouldnt even sell used cars with a promise if your not going to stand by anything you say. Horrible communication between staff. Appt for 7:30 two hours later im waiting for authorization for a rental when i was told there would be on. No manager to authorize it. Overall most unpleasant process when it comes to buying a car. And even now after picking up the car i still have problems that the these certified mechanics cant detect . fast forward months . finding out that the dealer lied to me about several issues with the car . they dont care about the clients and just want to make you buy the car and leave and not take any responsibility. still fixing problems a year after purchase when i was told everything passed certification with flying colors meanwhile ive had many problems since day one fast forward in time . i now have to get a repair done that they had repaired initially , extended waranty said it was this dealers problem and warranty wont cover there shotty work . i now have no choice to go back or else my car wont get repaired . getting in contact with lawyers for all the dishonesty that ive had to deal with because of this dealer
It's a good trusted dealer when you are looking for any GM cars, the after selling services are good as well. Highly recommended!
I visited Centre de collision . I always repair my car after an accident there. They are top professional. The cars receive a factory like repair services. I have been going there for the last 6 years +. If you're looking for pièce of mind repair, go there.. very nice people.
Let me just start off by saying WOW!! The service here was impeccable, i was greeted by a very pretty woman by the name of Kelsey with a smile so infectious I'm still wearing it as I write this review! As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable enough to walk around and look at all their amazing inventory without feeling any pressure. Once I've made my potential decisions going forward I was helped by a remarkable man by the name of Ayman! I'm not the most knowledgeable person with cars so with his help and friendly customer service I will be buying from this place and this place only!! THANK YOU to the whole team!!
