I just purchased the Mach-E through an accommodation sale, and wow, the experience was incredible! Jason and Emily went above and beyond, driving to the South Shore to pick up the car, cleaning it up, and then Jason personally delivered it to my house the next day!nnThis kind of service is why I've been a loyal Ford owner since 2016. I've had a great experience with this dealership over others. Over the life of a vehicle it is paramount to have a good relationship with the service department. They are the people that keep you going and happy.nnGreat locationnEasy location to move aroundnGreat amenities while waitingnFriendly and happy staffnnTry to give them as much detail as possible when you were booking your reservation. It allows them to better serve you and make your experience more pleasant.
The servicing of the car went very well, my issue is with the service counter set up when I went to pick up my car. I waited at the entrance of the service counter as indicated on the signs.One side of the service area is for Lincoln customers, neither of whom had a client at the time. On the other side for Ford clients the first service agent was busy with a client, the second agent further away from the entrance did not have anybody with him. I stepped forward to see if he was on the phone. He did not appeared to be busy, he seemed to be looking down and not at a computer or a key board. He did not look up he did not acknowledge that anybody was waiting. When the first agent finished with her client a few minutes later she asked me what I was waiting for. I explained that I was there for a pick up for my car that was in for a recall. When she asked who my service agent was the second agent now spoke up to say it was him. After that the handover took all of 30 seconds. I probably waited about 4 minutes or so. Even if he had put up his head to say somebody will be with you in a minute I would not have minded waiting. However to stand there waiting without any acknowledgement when somebody clearly did not seem to be busy with anything important is very poor customer service.
Better to compare options and parts prices before making any purshase. Hopefully I cancel the deal at the right time, the comparison with the other ford dealer is just not possible. I almost got a premium Mach E elsewhere at the same price Ford West Island wanted to sell a Select TI Mach E just by playing with options prices. Be careful
This is my second consecutive SUV from this dealership and the initial sales service and after sales service are great. Jeremy, my technical advisor was knowledgeable and followed up constantly. Upper management also peeked in to make sure everything was being taken care of. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford/Lincoln.
