This dealer was incredible and provided amazing emergency service. Our Mercedes Airstream Sprinter 19 had an engine light appear. We travelled 10 hours with our German Shepherd dog and were forced to pull over on a busy highway .  Our local dealer recommended this dealer Nervedes Benz West Island.  The service was amazing . Manny was fantastic and Patrick, the mechanic gave clear explanation.  The repairs were immediate.  We had another 6 hours to our next stop and with a dog it's not so easy.  We were exhausted and very stressed.  Manny and Patrick made certain we were safe and on our way. Cannot thank them enough !  Mercedes Benz West Island

Wow it's all we can say from the 5 start service to full details of the vehicle.  Our rep Ashish was the best, he was so patient and detail oriented.  He really guided me in the best direction, as usual.  This was our second purchase and we will definitely be back for our 3rd. Great dealership and most importantly great people.  Was a real pleasure dealing with the finance people like Atif & Teresa who made the transaction seamless.  A big thank you to the whole team at Mercedes West Island.

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a mercedes dealership I wasn’t expecting to be scammed by a Licensed Mercedes-Benz dealer but here I am… I bought a 2023 C43 AMG with the Certified pre-owned warranty over the phone since I came from another province I was told the vehicle was in perfect condition except a damage in the paint that was agreed on to be fixed took 2 flights to get there and when I showed up the vehicle had almost 3k km more than what I was advertised they just told me that it was not much of an issue, the paint damage that was supposed to be fixed wasn’t, a lot of scratches that I wasn’t told about when I asked. the vehicle was barely cleaned, dust everywhere crumbs in the seats and gum papers laying around… anyways I thought it was small details so I still got the vehicle on my way back home the front lip of the vehicle flew off on the highway damaging the lower side skirt. the ride was also more rough than expected so I decided to have an inspection done at my local Mercedes dealership and they found over 11500$ of work needed to be done not even passing the provincial safety inspection… bumper broken and poorly repainted to hide damages, broken headlight, all the services that were supposed to be done weren’t also a cracked rim and more, all details will be listed in pictures the CPO includes a 169 points inspection which was clearly neglected. The dealership refused to pay the bill but told me that they would be able to settle for something around 4000$ which isn’t even half of the bill. An unacceptable behaviour from a licensed dealership this is my 3rd Mercedes and by far the worst experienced I’ve had… Not all dealerships are like that but avoid this one at all costs
