Wendy's

My significant other pulled up to the drive thru yesterday and we began to order. The attendant running the window stated that she couldn't hear us and told him to shut his vehicle off. She was not polite, did not ASK if he could either shut it off or pull forward...but simply told him to shut the vehicle off. That may work for most vehicles but he drives a diesel and it's not good for the engine to be started and stopped repeatedly in the cold. So we decided to pull up instead. When we got to the window HE apologized for her not being able to hear him and asked if we could just order at the window. The attendant gave him the craziest look and threw a fit. I'm not sure why it was that big of a deal for her to take our order through the window, however they clearly do not understand the service portion of their job. Now after reading the bug filled potato review, I praise God that woman was such an ugly troll at the drive thru window or we could have ended up with food poisoning!!! I hope the health department shuts them down.

A friend of mine went to this Wendy’s drive thru and had a potato infested with bugs (you can look at photos on Facebook, it’s starting to go viral). The manager didn’t care and left matters unresolved. Hopefully the health department will be called and this place will be shut down.

Taste of food is always great. However, that only keeps a guest around for so long when the customer service is low. I work across the parking lot so this one is very close. Service is generally average to low but today's visit takes the cake. I didn't catch the cashier's name but she was one of the most unfriendly people I've ever encountered here. She was short with everyone in front of, and including me.She had a habit of cutting people off while they were ordering. She would say the total and walk away while still talking. I had no idea what my total was because of this and when I asked her to repeat it when she got back she was very short with me. I usually try to be understanding off staffing versus customer count, as I'm in management in this industry but, making the guest feel as if they are doing wrong by bringing their business to you is flat unacceptable.

Fast and friendly service! Great folks! I stop by often and I know several of the staff. They try hard and I always feel welcome. Service jobs aren't easy so I give them the benefit of the doubt and am always polite. It makes the experience better for the staff and for you.
