I used to love their sandwiches but then they discontinued the PB&J. Their mushroom melt is still good but if you're looking for a PB&J they don't have it.

Couldn’t even finish my sandwich. Staff was rude and the meat tasted expired. Bacon was undercooked as well. Should’ve just gone to Subway.

Staff was rude, and forgot to put sandwich in bag. Had to go back 15mins, and they still wouldn’t admit fault.

Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I like Potbelly's whole ethos. I don't find their food particularly awesome but I'm sure I'll be back eventually.

The food is just blah. Nothing to write home about. Service is usually ok. It does in a pinch.
