Nothing against teens working at McDonald's, however, at this location they clearly do not have good supervision. All the teenagers are too busy talking and having a good time. Again, nothing wrong with that either until they screw up your order every single time you go there. I have never once had an order that was correct. Also, when you tell them your missing something they tend to argue with you. On one particular order I ordered a kids meal with apple juice and honey mustard sauce, a chicken nugget meal, and two breakfast sandwiches, and a soda. The worker asked what size soda I wanted and stated they are all $1 (I said medium was fine). When the order came out, it was missing the fries from the chicken nugget meal, honey instead of honey mustard sauce, chocolate milk instead of apple juice. And when I said I was also missing the soda she said I didn't order one. I said, "toy don't remember telling me the sizes were all $1 and I said medium. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. Each time I said I was missing something or had the wrong item she made it seem like I ordered wrong and fought with me. Again, this is not just a one time incident. Something like this happens on every order. The only reason for the tree stars is that my son loves the indoor play area.

The McDonald's in Chan is always a pleasant experience. They have a culture of happiness. Everyone is always smiling and nice and They are experts at keeping that drive thru moving fast.

My little boy loves the indoor playground. I love WiFi. It's always fun to grab lunch and let him play.

Well prepared food and friendly service. The major problem with this and many other McDonalds locations is. If you decide to dine-in get your ears ready for non-stop loud, annoying, beeping noises from the kitchen. Bring ear plugs.

I live in Eden Prairie and try to go here instead of the one by EP Mall. It's better run and not as crazy busy.
