Chipotle Mexican Grill

Poorly run store and management is apathetic to their customers. We’ve ate at this location on numerous occasions with little change in their actions. Stay away and go to another location.

The food is very good (or at least, the food *I* always get - which is the same thing every time - is very good). The only way it could be any better is if I took a bath or a sauna while eating. I have used this restaurant about 10 times and the staff have never done anything terrible to me, until today. My burrito that I always get seems to have been halved in size since last week. I am not sure if they are trying to cut down on expenses or if it was just the mistake of the employee who made my burrito. In any case, a few people were watching over her as she assembled my burrito, so somebody should have called her out. (I didn't have the nerve to do it myself.) I asked her for a few of the same burrito, so she assembled it many times, which means she knew exactly what was going in it, so while the first time assembling the burrito I can see how she might be conservative with how much of each ingredient she puts into it, on the subsequent burritos, since she had foreknowledge of the contents of the whole burrito from start to finish, THERE IS NO EXCUSE. Now don't get me wrong - just because my burritos were halved in size while retaining the usual price, does not mean that I am requesting a 50% refund of $14.77 (the total price of all my burritos that I ordered on this gloomy day, was $29.54). No, that is not what I am trying to do *at all*. I just think the staff should do a better job of hovering over each-others shoulders to make sure the people assembling the burritos do a good job. But on a more positive note, the manager lady (or the lady who I think is the manager, but I could be wrong) is kind of hot, if this is a socially acceptable thing to say. I'm not going to do anything creepy, so don't lose your mind. I just think it's an ethical obligation of any man to inform every attractive woman he encounters that she is attractive, once and only once, (unless they're married, in which case, he can do it more). Men who fall short of this obligation deserve to be stoned.

Today, multiple pieces of plastic (both hard and soft) we found throughout my vegetable rice bowl. Upon calling to bring this to their attention to stop serving these batches to customers, not much concern was had. The man I talked to suggested that plastic sometimes gets in the salsa and offered my next meal on the house; which I will never be redeeming, thanks anyways. 🤢

Having been to several nearby Chipotle stores, this one is hands down the slowest and least organized store I have experienced. Even ordering online is fraught with missing and incorrect items on multiple occassions. I would rather driver farther to the EP location where they are expert expediters.

Beware: poor staff training/poorly managed location. Was given wheat tortilla and told it was corn by new employee, and when I asked another employee to confirm it was wheat (after 1 bite) the more experienced employee told me it was wheat, than corn, and then remembered they no longer sell soft corn tortilla.. Allergy sufferers, eat at your own risk!
