Whoever owns this franchise needs to change the staff, starting with the manager. Waited 40 minutes for my dinner which I have never experienced before at a noodle and company. The two young men taking orders were trying very hard to respond to the many complaining customers, and the manager acted like he didn't care at all. He clearly does not know how to manage based upon what appeared to be an adequate staff cooking but the extensive delays in getting the food out.

Yes, some tables were pretty messy and it wasn't the cleanest restaurant I've been to, but the food was hot and tasted good. We also received it relatively quickly. The beef stroganoff had a strong rosemary flavor that was unexpected and very pleasant. My husband liked the fancy Coke machine; though Barq's root beer is an option, Barq's cream soda is not.

We ordered two noodle dishes to-go; ended up standing and waiting for about twenty minutes while staff had little to no communication with each other. The fellow who took our order went back and asked what the hold up was only to get snapped at. When we finally received our order, three different kinds of vegetables were missing from my dish. It was still tasted fine, due to a flavorful sauce, but I was very much looking forward to eating the dish as advertised. Slow and rude service (with the exception of the fellow who took our order) combined with an incomplete order seems two star worthy to me.
