Oatmeal issue. Ordered oatmeal twice in the past year and both times WAY too little hot water! It was inedible. Next time I better tell them how to make It.

Their coffee is not bitter at all. I've never had a problem at any Caribou Coffee place. We winter in Texas, NO CARIBOU there. :( Try their chocolate covered beans with your coffee. I buy bags of them to last me through the winter. Great Place.

Wonderful customer service!!!! The employees there always make my morning better. I go there specifically because they're so upbeat. There's a blonde and brunette duo there that always brighten my day. They're so funny!!! Keep up the great work!
