Bruegger's Bagels

I would give 5 stars for the bagels and the staff, but 0 stars for management. I am from out-state Minnesota so when I get to Minneapolis (4-5 times per year) I always make a special stop at this location and get a couple dozen bagels to take home. I usually spend $50'ish every time I stop. Last Saturday I was there and the wonderful staff was taking care of my order (yes, I gave them a nice tip) and then the manage/owner(?) came out and treated me like I was a bagel idiot. Never again. I'll find another bagel stop from now on.

This location closes early, before the posted hours on pretty much every holiday weekend and other random days. You have to call to see if they will actually be open. It's ridiculous.

Totally unprofessional... Called to get a price on something because they have no prices listed online. The guy put me on hold and mocked the question i asked making fun of me... We were about to order for half the staff at our store.... NOT ANYMORE!

The food was good. The place was a pit. They dribbled liquid garbage from the disposal station to the food prep area. It stayed there while the staff stood around for 25 minutes. Finally someone (manager?) told them to get a mop. The mop they chose was laden with chunks of miscellaneous kitchen food scraps. Ugg!

Great place to get a quick bite for breakfast. Place can get busy at times.
