Did a mobile order here today, as it's my usual go to wendys if I want fast food.. I think the staff are always nice, its fast usually its good for the cost.nToday was the exception. I get to the Bottom of my fries that were not fresh or good but being hungry I ate anyway and i find something fuzzy looking, I want to throw up my lunch. Not sure exactly if it's moldy food or a bug ,I am absolutely disgusted and needed to warn others to check their food. It's unfortunate because the location is close and the staff are always friendly.
From both online ordering and drive-through, they have forgotten the croutons and dressing for Caesar salads multiple times. They put the wrong kind of chicken on our salads and argued with us on the phone that no, we actually had the correct kind. If you want Wendy's, pick a different one or make sure your order is correct before you leave.
The Filipino guy at the counter made my order wrong and was giving me looks like I gave him the wrong order. The customer always know what they want! Please have a smile at the counter or don’t come if you don’t want to work or can’t even greet nicely
I don't usually go into stores so I can't speak much for the atmosphere, but the food is always good, even if the service isn't. They just need to pay more attention when they take orders.
I live near so i’ve come a few times. Never had a good experience.nnGot a chicken nugget meal and most of it was frozen and uncooked. A few cooked fries but a few still cold and hard.nnWent another time and they wouldn’t honor a coupon that worked on the mobile app. Rude staff and mediocre food. Would take my business elsewhere next time
