Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a double quater pounder with cheese and was served two raw and very soft patties, went back through the drive through and was given a second one just for it to be raw again and they tell me its normal and offered no compensation. After I gave back the second one, I had to ask for any sort of conpensation just to receive a coupon for one large sandwich along with my third burger. The patties look slightly cooked on the outside but very soft like wet tissue so thats how I knew something was very wrong. If anything everytime I order this burger, its dry. Seriously just a rip off at this location.. fries weren't even filled the way they usually are and when I asked for 4 packets of mayo they said only 2 packets after that they have to charge me. Even though I bought 3 meals. So I paid 63 cents for 2 packets of mayo.

this place is great, good customer service. I ordered my favourite which is the herb and garlic fries, I asked for fresh and they delivered. The restaurant manager went to my table and told me exactly how long I’m going to wait for my fries and when they arrive they were fresh, crispy delicious fries. When i ordered jenny was so nice and very helpful. 10/10 !!

I have never gotten my order right at this McDonald's, Their soft drinks are always flat, their burgers look like they were put together by a 2 year old always sloppy and all over the place, it's never clean and their bathroom looks like a crack den. Their customer service despite all of that is always very good and they seem to have very caring people working for them which is weird because of everything I listed above. 10/10 customer service 2/10 everything else. Go to a different location.

It’s a McDonald’s so I think most people will pretty much already have an opinion about this restaurant. I have been going to McDonald’s pretty much all my life so it’s ingrained in my psyche. So this location is nice. We used the kiosk to put in our order and it went well. Our order took a little longer than was necessary but was fill out correctly. The food was tasty and served hot so that was good. Had to use the washroom and it was clean. Overall this location was clean and the staff we had contact with was friendly and helpful.
