McDonald's

This location usually does pretty good for timing and food. However, I went in today, decided to let my baby play in the play place for the first time, and thought I'd give it a little wipe down first. Pictures attached are the result of 5 minutes of wiping. I understand a manager was informed of this so I'm hoping they will reply to this and share what their cleaning procedures will be. I don't go into any Mcdonald's expecting a sterilized environment but evidence that it's been attended to within the last month would be nice.

First of all, it's a McDonald's in Edmonton Capilano area. We cannot expect a 5 star experience or food quality. That is why I give 4 stars. I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese McGriddles meal on this visit, and I was satisfied with my order. I will be back.

I’ve been to this location more than 30 times, and it’s generally good. But not today. The girls at the window were clearly not organized and trying to work faster than they were capable of. My breakfast burritos were poorly wrapped, falling out of the paper. When you are not using bags, this is NOT okay. when I ate my burritos, they were just barely warm, and one was actually cold inside. I don’t mean “not warm.” I mean COLD, like it had come out of the fridge. I know you were busy at 10:30 this morning…. but what I got for my money was NOT right. The coffee was great.

Went through the Drive Thru. They handed me my milkshake in a cup with a napkin wrapped around the bottom. I assumed it was for condensation or something. Nope, the whole bottom was leaking. Which I found out when the cup dripped on my jacket and leaked into my cupholder.nnThis was super super frustrating and feels like they knew it was leaking and just didn’t want to remake it. I generally like this McDonald’s but that’s not okay.
