I don’t typically write bad reviews as i give the benefit of the doubt but the last 2 times iv ordered from them they have messed up. The first time i ordered with a bun i have celiac disease all the sauce was at the bottom, not the middle of the burger so that was disappointing and the second time literally right now i ordered again no bun and all the cheese and sauce is almost falling off one side of the patties AND A KETCHUP PACKET IN THE MIDDLE OF MY 2 PATTIES! Extremely disappointed.

My small coffee tasted like sugary dark water. I like McDonald's coffee - hot, strong Arabica. I did not ask for sugar and I don't appreciate not being listened to. My 476 order was a complete miss. Not the first one in this location so - I am not going back. back. Yuck...

Terrible Service for Delivery Drivers, Especially at NightnnAs a delivery driver, I rely on restaurants to handle orders efficiently, but this McDonald is one of the worst when it comes to respecting drivers’ time—especially during night shifts. The staff shows little to no urgency or consideration for how long we’re kept waiting, often ignoring us altogether. It’s even worse at night when there are fewer employees, and the focus seems to be on everything except helping delivery drivers. We’re out here working hard to deliver their food, but they treat us like an inconvenience. If you’re a delivery driver working nights, expect long waits and zero respect for your time.

28/02/2025 ;16:45 ; Bless took my Order I clearly asked and repeated myself more than two times , I wanted extra sauce , extra lettuce, extra onions and extra pickles , she told me it will be extra charge , I told her normally not she put extra patty that is why the system told her extra charge . By the way I went home so excited to eat it then it is so dry , no lettuce , no sauce , no pickles and no lettuce . I called the restaurant my sandwich had no sauce , no pickles, no onions, no pickles and basically dry sandwich . Bless needs to listen and double check orders , I guess she is new but with the right coaching she will make my sandwich right next time . I called the restaurant to let them know that I did not get what I asked it is the opposite of what I asked ; I called twice McDonald but McDonald phone is not answering calls .

I ordered a Happy Meal and chose the Minecraft toy option on the self-service kiosk, but they gave me a Mario toy instead, which was disappointing. I also tried asking a staff member for ketchup—she saw me but kept chatting with her co-worker. Only after I called her a second time did she finally give it to me. Service could definitely be better.
