McDonald's

Just ordered food from here, got some fries and other things. This is what we got dirt in our fries. Tried to get a new order of fries and she told us we were liars. And we never bought pur food from there. And I'm pretty sure was a manager from what she was wearing worst McDonald's experience ever.

We ordered happy meal and cheeseburger meal. Happy meal was good but they put too much sauce in the burger. While my grandson was playing I went to get a coffee. After three sip, I told them their coffee taste like half coffee half hot water. They gave me another one. When I tasted that one, was the same. What I thought was because they sell it at 1$.

I am absolutely appalled at the service my parents went through. On Thursday, September 19th my parents had ordered breakfast. When they arrived home, this is what it looked like.nnMy dad then drove back, looking for at least a new item. He was greeted without a hello but also rudeness. He asked to speak to the manager and was told by the manager working that day that they are not “gunna do anything”. Not only was it difficult for my dad to go back there because of his Multiple Sclerosis, but exhausting as well. I am absolutely accusing this McDonald’s for discrimination against seniors and the handicapped and will be taking this higher up. Do not support this McDonald’s.

Not the typical location I go to, left a good inch or more room in my large latte. I guess I could have ordered a medium.... Also tasted a bit burnt, they went light on the caramel syrup.

I came here for lunch to dine-in, The food came all fast & fresh. Coffee was good, too. The Guest Experience Leader lady is great at what she does. Overall, a great experience!
