I ordered a McVeggie, but it was very dry and hard, almost like a rock. I asked them to add tomatoes, but they didn’t add them.nThe fries were also very dry and tasted old, and I even found a small hair in them.nI was very disappointed with this experience.

Food was fast and hot at the drive-thru.nnThe store can't help to shrink-flation, though. The McGriddles are getting smaller, despite what their spokespeople say.nnIf the prices are going up, the food portions should stay the same.

Ordered from this location and half way through eating, i realize something black at the bottom of the container. Turns out it was a dead bug! This is extremely disturbing and disgusting, a lot of health violations

Came here because my current favorite location was only taking cash and going to this location appeared more convenient. Next time I will be grabbing cash.nnPulled up to the window and waited like usual, line was moving slow, but not unusual for midnight. Pulled up to the window and again asked to wait. Again, not unusual for this time of night. Then they take my order, having to repeat my order more than once and did not ask if I was using points. Pull up to the window and Staff inside are laughing and joking around. I wait for a few minutes for Staff to open window and am presented with the debit terminal before acknowledging the customer. I state that I have points and would like my code applied, Staff re-inputs order and puts on professional aditude. Payment is made and food is handed over, I leave.nnThe best part. Not only were the fries cold, but tasted of VERY old oil, never had fries from McDonalds taste this way, could almost say the fries were old and fried again the next day to re-serve considering how hard they were. The burger? Like they poured water on it while making it, not sure if the tomatoes were sitting in water or if the cook spit in it... The only thing they got right was the pop with no ice and the Mcflurry.nnNeedless to say I will NEVER be returning to 97th McDonalds, I'd rather go to the Petro-Canada across the road or better yet another location that cares, even if I have to drive halfway across the city for cash. DISGUSTING!

Every time they screw up my coffee ! It’s like they lie and say they put what I want in it and I ask them at the window! Multiple times I have went back inside to tell them to please fix it. It’s either not caring about customers or lack of training. Un acceptable and they need to be held accountable.
