I have been jones-ing for my Mcdonald's fix for weeks now! Then I finally make it down here; only to be disappointed by a dry burger, and even drier fries! They seriously scraped up the last tid bits left in the bottom of the french fry hopper, and my large fries became a medium, I stopped eating them when they were already cold, hard & crunchy! What a disappointment!nnMy ice tea was fine, my coffee is great as always, but, my main reason for coming here just was such a let down! Seriously, I have never had a bad meal at a McDonald's in my life! I guess I should have read the reviews first?

I would like to inform you all that this Mcdonald location is scamming people in which I ordered Medium drink and they charge me 2$for that drink but they have mentioned that it will be 1$ for all sizes. They are charging the regular price. It’s ridiculous

I don’t usually make reviews but today is a little different! I am totally disappointed, I went to this branch 165 Ave 97st to get a Happy Meal particularly because I was looking forward to their new toy HelloKitty/YuGiOh as I wanna check how does it look like but unfortunately they have given me a MINION toy!!!! Happy meal box is of their current promotion HelloKitty/YuGiOh but inconsistent with the toy provided! Misleading advertisement!nStaff at drive thru sucks! She doesn’t smile, greet customers nor being helpful to a information I want to know!

This McDonald’s is going down hill. They messed up my order and gave me another order. I didn’t check the bags right away. My house is 15 minutes away. After I got home I found out that it is the wrong order. I had to drive back gave them the wrong order and ordered a new one which they covered, but They didn’t even apologize. And they didn’t even seem to care that I wasted my time driving back to get the right order.nThis place lost my business forever

This mcacdonald is the worst I have been too. Crappie costumer service, unfriendly staff. Watched a supervisor berate an employee in front of customers. I don't like ice watering down my drink and was looked at like I was crazy when I asked for a new one without ice. Prices seem alittle high.
