McDonald’s

Lucas is a great manager and deserves a raise. Hes respectful everytime, gives his above and beyond and definitely deserves his title, I was off 50 cents one day to feed my kids and he let me get my food anyways last mcdonalds rejected me off a 40 dollar order when I was a 10 cents off! We need more hard working People like him!

I ordered hotcakes along with other items at the drive-through and clearly requested 3 butter packets instead of the usual 2. The staff member confirmed that they would include 3. When I received my order, I even double-checked with the employee, and he assured me again that there were 3 butter packets. However, after getting home and opening the order, I found only 2.nThis was very disappointing—not just because my request wasn’t followed, but because I was told twice that it had been. It’s frustrating when such a simple request is overlooked and then miscommunicated. The only reason I chose this location was its convenience, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this store to others.

Got a double patty chicken burger and that’s how i received it. Only found out once back home and app says to go visit the restaurant for any issues with the order. Horrible experience.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese - got this mess of chicken and ketchup. Like how, why is it chicken, how does an error like this even happen? Chicken and ketchup together tastes nasty. Just brutal.

I ordered an iced tea but yet I might as well have gotten water like may have a slight tint but comeon you can't see that when putting on the lid
