It’s hard rating a McDonald’s due to consistency being the same everywhere. But I absolutely love coming to this local restaurant mainly due to convenience. Ordered the whole heist menu and I can say the Big Rosti and the Belgium McFlurry is so good! There are times when they get new staff and service has been slower, but it is forgivable since we’ve all been new on the job and fast food/retail work can be tough.nnIn terms of atmosphere, I will have to give this 2 stars. This area itself can be a bit sketchy at times, but it isn’t due to the staff or the restaurant. You might see people sleeping in the lobby, doing something strange in the washroom, or staff getting harassed by this population. However it seems like all of downtown has been becoming like this. Nothing to do with the food, the staff, or the restaurant itself. I couldn’t give this a 1 star rating because it isn’t as sketchy as the core of downtown like coliseum or Kingsway area but you will often see this in the restaurant itself. I will give this restaurant a 4 stars rating because of how honestly hard it would be to work in this area with this population and the staff still being able to put a smile on whenever I come to pick up food!

The Drive thru male crew did woke up in the wrong side of the bed. Not the happiest person you encounter on Saturday morning. Too early for a Grinch attitude.nnAs a front line crew in a fast food restaurant, you have to fake it till you make it. Smile and be sincere when dealing with customers. Don’t bring your bad attitude at work. You’re not a Robot . That maybe your personality but working at this fast pace restaurant,you have to make some adjustments in dealing with people. It’s always Great to have a positive vibes and share it with others.nnOn top of that, the coffee is burnt. Not a great way to start your day.nnHope the next time I visited this McDonald’s location, the Best of the best Customer Experience I will get. Plus! Coffee is just perfect taste as the day goes!

I want to inform you that when I arrived with my family at this McDonald's, the person who is the head and chief manager there intentionally, that is, my children do not get enough sleep. we understand a little, but to make fun of us, I just don't understand it at all, I warned him, It will happen again, I will call the police, but the behavior of the staff to the client who pays Although I behaved adequately and so did my children We simply do not understand very strong language, but to make fun of us is already I also work in food delivery and today I came to order for a client and something he started saying something to his colleagues in the Indian language so that I didn't understand English and I saw how everyone started looking at me and mocking me I asked him why you are making fun of him, he just can't answer. I told him not to do that again, but I don't know if he will like it, but this employee is his behavior. Maybe he is against Ukrainians I don't know, maybe he is some kind of racist or something else he doesn't like in me or in my family or in my children. I just don't understand if this is his attitude towards all such people

Ordered a Breakfast Burrito. Didn’t finished eating the food. The food Not freshly made, if it was microwave, probably for 10 seconds. Not enough to heat up food. It’s not even rush hour…No line up on the drive thru. WOW!nnGreat start on the first day of school! Wouldn’t recommend ordering breakfast at this McDonalds location.
