I want to inform you that when I arrived with my family at this McDonald's, the person who is the head and chief manager there intentionally, that is, my children do not get enough sleep. we understand a little, but to make fun of us, I just don't understand it at all, I warned him, It will happen again, I will call the police, but the behavior of the staff to the client who pays Although I behaved adequately and so did my children We simply do not understand very strong language, but to make fun of us is already I also work in food delivery and today I came to order for a client and something he started saying something to his colleagues in the Indian language so that I didn't understand English and I saw how everyone started looking at me and mocking me I asked him why you are making fun of him, he just can't answer. I told him not to do that again, but I don't know if he will like it, but this employee is his behavior. Maybe he is against Ukrainians I don't know, maybe he is some kind of racist or something else he doesn't like in me or in my family or in my children. I just don't understand if this is his attitude towards all such people

Everytime I come here I am made to feel welcome. This store has a lot of homeless people hanging around because of location but everyone welcome . I was helped by AJ today and she helped me with my app for the competition , fantastic happy , helpful person . The food and drink is great but for me the inclusion is important .

Ordered delivery from this location. They neglected to pack one of the sandwiches in the order, so one meal is incomplete. With delivery fees and everything it came to nearly 40 dollars. Call the support line, they only offer to refund the one sandwich as a component of a meal, so less than $3. Won't re-deliver or refund or waive delivery fee on ordering the replacement sandwich.nHow hard is it to check a receipt and just make sure the items are all there?

Would rate zero if I could.nThis location is one of the worst in the city.nThe one male manager is rude to both customers and employees.nDining room and bathrooms are always filthy.nFood is constantly wrong, and service is always unacceptable slow.nWe no longer give this location our business.nChange of management is needed.

Worst experience ever. Ordered habanero meal from drive through . Fries were cold and soggy . This has happened before but i ignored as it might be by mistake but again they served cold fries .They should have in mind that people don’t pay for cold fries. It should be served hot. Its just a basic thing .
