Very friendly, patient staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was clean during my visit, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that there are quite a few homeless people in the area, and sometimes their behavior can affect the experience for some customers. I understand this is something difficult for the restaurant to fully control. Nevertheless, I still had a great experience overall. Thanks!

This evening, I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes for an order, which was extremely late and far beyond a reasonable delivery time. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel.nnThe staff appeared unconsidered and showed little respect for drivers or our time. There was no sense of urgency, no clear communication, and no effort to manage the delay. As delivery drivers, we depend on accurate timing and efficiency, and long delays like this directly impact our ability to complete deliveries and earn income.nnWhen orders are late and poorly handled, it not only affects drivers but also customers who are expecting their food on time. Situations like this create unnecessary delays across the entire delivery process.nnI strongly suggest that management improves organization, reduces wait times, and ensures staff treat delivery drivers with respect and consideration. Our time matters, and better coordination would greatly improve the experience for everyone involved.

The orange juice is basically water, they added too much water into the juice, and when I get the order food are completely cold

It’s hard rating a McDonald’s due to consistency being the same everywhere. But I absolutely love coming to this local restaurant mainly due to convenience. Ordered the whole heist menu and I can say the Big Rosti and the Belgium McFlurry is so good! There are times when they get new staff and service has been slower, but it is forgivable since we’ve all been new on the job and fast food/retail work can be tough.nnIn terms of atmosphere, I will have to give this 2 stars. This area itself can be a bit sketchy at times, but it isn’t due to the staff or the restaurant. You might see people sleeping in the lobby, doing something strange in the washroom, or staff getting harassed by this population. However it seems like all of downtown has been becoming like this. Nothing to do with the food, the staff, or the restaurant itself. I couldn’t give this a 1 star rating because it isn’t as sketchy as the core of downtown like coliseum or Kingsway area but you will often see this in the restaurant itself. I will give this restaurant a 4 stars rating because of how honestly hard it would be to work in this area with this population and the staff still being able to put a smile on whenever I come to pick up food!

Youre absolute trash. Who wants chicken nuggets with no sauce? Then you didnt even include the extra items paid for. 2 items are wrong. You have one of the least important jobs of all time and you cant even get it right.
