Wei Bar

I am very confused about this place. It is like a dive bar accidentally got stuck in a cafeteria in some 80's sci-fi movie but thinks it's a cocktail bar? Maybe? The drinks cocktails are weird and not very well-crafted. All of their "signatures" are so sweet and basic. And I'd never even heard of some of the ones they call "classics". Like, they don't even exist on Google so how you can call them classics is bizarre. I went there with a group of other bartender friends and we left after a round because it just wasn't hitting. I guess we didn't get it? The interior is also very barren and cold feeling. It seems like a place for local old guys to drink Canadian under purple lights That was the entirety of the other patrons. You know what I mean? It's so hard to explain because I have no idea what it is or the crowd they are looking to appeal to. Bartender was friendly, however. I think, it feels like the type of place that 19-year-old girls would go for doing shots for someone's birthday, and for super-sweet low ABV cocktails like you have on holiday at those all-inclusive 2-star beach resorts. If that's your vibe and taste, I think it would appeal a lot and you'd enjoy it. There's nothing wrong with a bar like this, and arguably, there is a market for it; it's just not for me.

Love this place! This is our go-to neighborhood spot for laid back casual drinks and hangouts. The bar staff Queenie and Jess are the friendliest and loveliest bartenders in the area. Only downside to this place is that it gets HOT in the summer time and it feels like I can't breathe when I'm inside, so I always stay outside. Please invest in an AC, once you do, I'll give it 6 stars.

5star for you. Specially to the Bartender Mac. Despite of busy day, he managed to welcome all the guest and me sitting at the bar. Great Job. Nice talk. Working all alone. Thumbs up for you. Nice place, Nice Music. Surely comeback with my friends and family.

I would frequently walk by and notice the sign $3 whiskey shots. So I decided to try it on a Friday night. Super cheap but vibes are relative to the price. Unfortunately they didn't have AC when I went during the summer. Would come back for a quick whiskey shot!

Have walked by a few times and finally stopped by for a drink! Very happy I did-- had their Mango Tango cocktail and they also have a good selection of local beers. Loved their snacks too fish balls on skewers!! And a variety of nuts, wasabi peas. Server was really nice. Will definitely come back to try the rest of their cocktails :

Went for a friend’s birthday. New drink offers excellent quality and slightly better range. Macki suggested we chose a cheaper drink than Hennesy we were about to have - one we’d had before. Afternoon was better with the Acoustic vibe. Macki showed good customer service to everyone. Would recommend Wei bar to my friendsFood: 5/5

Walked by on the way to another bar, and stopped here instead. The sign out front with the daily specials, the lighting inside.. it distracted us, and it worked. What an awesome little place that's been open a few months. Very unassuming and low key. Great prices, great snack selection, great service. Would definitely return here as a destination, instead of an accidental stop in!

This hidden gem has many amazing asian inspire drinks such as Taro sensation and Coconut yakult! Also the love the service and the atmosphere

Lots of choice for you to make from cooktails to beers. Love the vine that this place give. Recommended coming after a dinner. P/s: Fireplace cuddle is great for a fall/winter night if you spending your time here
