Waterman Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Our basement drains backed up for the first time ever in the 40 years we have owned this house. I searched on-line and found Waterman Drain. The company was amazing. Very competent. Quick to visit and identify the problem (a collapsed trap). Chris and Jim were fantastic; always returned our calls, thoroughly explained how they would fix the problem and their work crew did in record time. A very honest, hard-working and excellent company. They rate far more than only 5 stars.

We had a sewer backup right before Christmas, the city came and scoped the exterior line and verified it wasn’t a city issue it was in the house. So we called these guys and they were awesome. Came right away, snaked the interior line and had the issue fixed in 30 min. Highly recommend them, Marchello was great.

AMAZING SERVICE, RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!! Jim and His crew at waterman were on top of things for the reno of my house in the last 6 months. They installed all new plumbing to a 3 story hous plus basement, Gave the house new curb appeal with the new concrete slabs and waterproofed my basement which needed allot of tlc and made it leveled! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

Jim came and solved my issue quickly. Also gave valuable information on what should have happened. Better than the other plumber who gave the song and dance but didn't solve it. Call Jim first, get it done right from the start!
