Jeff was fantastic. Our pipes froze in the deep freeze at the beginning of the year and Jeff was with us on it from day one. He was extremely personable, professional, and dedicated to completing the task. It took a few days and a few visits and Jeff showed tenacity and took the challenge head on as if this were his own home. I would recommend him to anyone.

We were in need of a plumber urgently and Jeff came well refered to us by a family member. Jeff quickly solved our plumbing needs (a broken shower, a blocked pipe and a leaking sink). He communicated exactly what the issues were and provided us a quote upfront so that there were no hidden fees and we knew exactly what to expect. Jeff put our minds at ease during what could have been a stressful time. We were also very impressed with the amazing communication before and after booking appointments (emails to keep track of appointment times). Jeff also took the time to explain the issue at hand and answer all of our questions with great knowledge.

All aspects of service, from booking to payment was quick and easy. Jeff resolved the issues we had with 4 toilets in the house (all of them from the 80's) while explaining and showing me the problems. I learned valuable information and had a pleasant experience. Exemplary service!

Had a leak in a hard to reach spot and Jeff took care of it.  He was a great communicator and made sure I knew what he was doing before completing each task.  When he finished up he gave me a run through of everything he had done and was happy to answer all of my questions.  I would definitely recommend.

Very prompt, very courteous. I am very pleased with the quality and and speed of the service.
The plumber knew he should warn the security desk at the condo, so the fire alarms could be disconnected while he did the soldering necessary.
