I have had three different plumbers visit from Shanks and stay as satisfied as ever.  First, they're very courteous, even personable. They do the job without turning the customer into an assistant, and they don't break or damage anything else in the process of doing their repair!  Last, they don't leave a mess for the customer to clean up.  Everything they fix stays fixed too, so I am happy to pay their middle-range price as I am getting long-term value.  Now, what's the matter with that?

I called this company this morning with an emergency flood in upstairs washroom.  They promised me they would call and get a person out today and they sure did.  The young man, Jonathon, was polite and thorough and installed a new toilet at once.  I would recommend this company to anyone with 6 stars.

We recently had a master bathroom renovation done by Shanks and were very pleased with the results. The have top quality people who really know what they're doing. Good attention to detail, on budget and on time. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have used Shanks Plumbing for over 30 years. Recently Shanks had finished a total renovation of our bathroom ensuite. They did an awesome job from the demolition right up to the final vanity installation. They have a ton of experience and are honest as they come.

We recently had a waterline installed for a fridge.  Neil was excellent to deal with on the phone and John who did the install was extremely professional and courteous.
