Writing on behalf of my Granmother: I recently had the front lawn dug up because of a back up in the basement. Tony came and did the paperwork and he was pleasant to have in the house doing the job. Mike, John and Paul did the work outside and they were hardworking and not complaining or slacking off, just good workers to have around. BROTHERS PLUMBING IS ONE OF THE BEST MOST RESPECTED COMPANIES OUT THERE,BUT STILL DOES NOT HAVE A PERFECT SCORE. MANY FACTORS PLAY INTO THIS. YOU CANNOT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY. THE REVIEWS ARE REAL,THEREFORE THE COMPANY HAS INTEGRITY. HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!

called on Monday, booked an appointment for Thursday between 8-10am. Thursday i called at 8:30am to confirm someone is coming for my appointment. "Yes, they will be there" Lisa says. At 9:45am, Lisa calls to say they are running late and will be here between 10:15-10:30am. I call at 11:00 as no one here yet and over 30minutes from changed time. Lisa gives me attitude, "sir they are 5 minutes away sir...". They arrive at 11:10. Then proceed to give me a price of $3500 to torpedo a new supply line from the city to my house. They need to dig only one hole. other company quoted $1900 to dig two holes, one requiring jackhammer cement and fill with fresh cement. No apologies for their tardiness. if you can't get your quoting timeliness down, how will they do with a plumbing job timeliness? I'll pass thank you.

I own multiple properties so I 've used a number of companies over the years and none have offered consistently good quality of service and workmanship as Brothers. Disregard the negative reviews! They are honest, reliable ad their prices are reasonable compared to some others I've seen.
