Marshalls

Love shopping in Leaside because of all the discount stores. Marshalls is one of our favourites because of their high end clothing options. As usual my wife and I found something to purchase for a great deal.

I recently shopped at Marshalls and, unfortunately, had an unpleasant experience with the customer service. I purchased a pair of trousers and was surprised when the cashier handed them to me without a bag. When I inquired about it, she rudely informed me that bags cost extra. I paid for the bag, yet she still didn’t place the trousers inside it, leaving me to do it myself.nnWhat bothered me most was her attitude. Her demeanor was judgmental and unwelcoming, making the interaction uncomfortable. She appeared to be a middle-aged woman with a dismissive tone, which made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her.nnI understand that everyone can have a bad day, but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. Either this employee needs training on professionalism and courtesy, or perhaps it’s better she stay home if she’s unable to treat people with respect.nnShopping at Marshalls is usually enjoyable, but experiences like this are disappointing and make me reconsider returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure better service in the future.

A good sized Marshall’s that had felt spacious and pretty well stocked. Big wide open area with wide aisles. A pretty good selection of most items from shoes to clothing. There is a front and rear entrance with more parking at the rear entrance. The store was clean and organized and staff were available. The store was bright, well lit, and check out was fairly quick. I shopped on a Sunday morning and it was a good experience.

This place perfect, got my summer stuff shirts, good price and very quite place, not busy but everything is available. Nice shopping and experience. May come again.

Nice place same products like winners has… but in lesser quantity… I would prefer winners over this Marshall store…
