We went to Visions because one of my cousins suggested we check this store out. We wanted to get the sound system. And we are glad that we found great deals and a great brand Samsung sound system. Thanks to Ryan for showing the demo of the speakers sound system and giving us a good price and telling us that he will match the price if we can find cheaper than the price we already have been given for. We also bought some small things like Mouse Pad and a mouse for my kid and we are happy with whatever we got from here.
I love vision electronics for its great deals. But this store has a problem. It has to do with the behaviour by certain employees. I have recently moved from GTA area to Kitchener. Thus, I have good customer relation with Vision reps at Scarborough. I received a great deal from them but there were few weeks of delay and thus, requested them to get it delivered at Kitchener branch. Once the item was available, I thought I'll be welcomed by Kitchener reps with full hospitality and treated well for the future potential which I and my network can bring in. But i was treated as an alienunwelcoming body language specially by Andrew the assistant manager of the store. Unexpectedly, one box I received was open box and when i asked about it, I didn't receive a polite and professional reply from him. Hope to see better and more professional staff @ Vision Kitchener in future.
Even though i had extended warranty, they came up with lame excuses. Then they didn't co operate to meet customers demand. As a loyal and continuous customer of Visions Electronics. I am really disappointed with the interaction i had with Visions staff. Dont trust their words especially their extended warranty. They lost a loyal customer i ll be shopping other companies. Which do keep their promises!!
I had an amazing experience with Jeremy when I went there to buy TV and sound system. He approached me and asked all the right questions to help me figure out what I wanted and was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave great suggestions and showed me his favorite products to make sure I was all set. His interactions with coworkers also show how helpful he is, and was so kind about having to quickly help someone while we were having to wait for the system credit check anyway! His customer service is above and beyond.
The best customer experience I have experienced for electionics! Great team all around but Jeremy really capped off the best experience. Very honest sales guy and was always looking out for the buyers best interest. I would highly recommend purchasing electronics here, hence why I make the hour drive out each time!!
I went into visions kitchener looking for a new TV and mark assisted with me great knowledge of the options available from specs, sizing and what sales they had at the time to best fit my budget. All the questions I had were answered and between mark and Jeremy they worked with me to get me a that best suited my needs. Being new to the area it was great to find somewhere local I can trust to have my interest in mind and work with good people who know their stuff! Thanks a lot mark and Jeremy for the great experience and I look forward to coming back for all my electronics!
Absolutely brilliant service. Exceptional customer service from a guy called Jeremy. I wanted to buy tv and he helped me to make my decision. Not only was the price great but product after purchase service was also up to the mark. I received my tv perfectly wrapped and in perfect condition. I recommend Visions electronics to everyone. Totally trustworthy and the best experience I've had buying an electronic item. Many thanks to Jeremy and team visions
Went here for the first time and I was helped by Thom. Who was extremely pleasant and spent a lot of time helping and directing us. Even after we purchased our projector he still helped us and guided us on how to properly set everything up. Best customer service I’ve ever had! Happy that Vision has amazing employees! Great Job Thom and thank you for helping us out!
My experience at this visions location was the best yet. Andrew did a great job of explaining the products to me and showed me many options. He knows his stuff and has amazing customer service skills! 10/10 from me. I will be coming back to this location in the future and asking for Andrew again specifically.
Decided to purchase two Sony TV's in 55 and 75" last year from here to support smaller organizations during the pandemic. Experience at the store for purchase was good. But, when I needed help for warranty for the 75" TV, I called the store and was told that my extended 2 year warranty offered at purchase was no longer valid. Was told I unsubscribed which I did not from a newsletter and therefore my warranty was no longer valid. Sent an email to their warranty, no response. Horrible customer experience overall. Only purchasing from Best Buy going forward, at least they don't jerk around their customers.

Very impressed with the Kitchener store. I drive an hour each way to go there. There are plenty of stores in my home town, but they don't hold a candle to Visions in Kitchener. They know what they are talking about and back it up with excellent service. The price was also great. I have bought items there many times over the last couple of years and I would highly recommend you try them out. You will not be disappointed. When I give a review I tell it like it is, good or bad.
