Such a great experience here. The store is organized, and the staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to please the customers. I was there on July 16th, 2021 around 2pm and the man working cash was so kind to me, an experience I won't forget!
Excellent customer service and selection. Average of $20 for a cd in 2021. Prices are too high on merchandise. I would much rather support local business but that's too much especially for a fading format. I hope that the business does well but I'll stick with Spotify and Netflix etc. Review updated for 2021.
I purchased an Audio-Technica LP60 turntable from this location recently and could not be happier with the customer service that I received. I was delighted by the friendly and helpful staff members that seemed to genuinely enjoy working in the store. The selection of music and other audio gear was more extensive than the Guelph location I also visited in search of my most recent purchase. Even though I visited the store during extremely busy holiday hours, I had a very positive experience thanks to the professionalism of the staff at this location.
Good friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Plus the selection of merchandise is great as well. While the sales can be hit or miss, when you get a deal, it is truly a great deal. I guess all I really have to say is, if you are at CF mall, it is a store worth stopping in, even if it's just to look around, you never know what you might see or find
I prefer my music and movies in physical format. I hope this place sticks around for a long time, because brick and mortar stores are a dying breed. They have an awesome selection of records and Blu-rays, but they're a little pricey compared to online sources I can't fault them completely. Their landlords gouge them. I weep for the day when everything is digital only!
Totally an awesome store awesome selection of every genre of music los movies and prices on this day Boxing Day are out-of-this-world fantastic. I will definitely make that my go-to place for music in the future.
I have walked through the store a few times, never bought anything. They need to expand their inventory more. If they started supplying K-pop merchandise, no just BTS. They will get more business. K-pop is the new global market demand. Check online, you will see. Hoping to help you boost sales. I can promise you this, if I see a huge selection of K-Pop items, shirts, posters, plushies, etc...I will take pictures and promote you guys in the K-Pop groups I am in. Which has over 7 thousand members at least in all 36 groups I am in.
I miss what this place used to be, but it's still a great place to pick up some movies for a good deal. I like their growing selection of 4k titles. Recommended for any movie you're missing from your collection
Picked up a season of Mom and the price label on it said 13.99... they scanned it and told me the new price is 26.99... when asked why they said that they are relabeling everything and motioned to a guy resticker.. when asked if they could do anything they said sorry don't have anyone to authorize that... Disgraceful.. how does something go from 13.99 to 26.99 when season 5 is 24.99.. or maybe that wasn't marked up yet no cool sunrise uncool
Great selection on new music and movies. Lots of great themed collectibles and posters. Always fair pricing
