projects locally and globally.

Story

Thrift On Kent is part of the larger Mennonite Central Committee Thrift Shop Network which reaches across North America.
All of the money raised at Thrift On Kent goes to support the work that Mennonite Central Committee is doing in our
community and around the world.

Thurs & Fri 9am - 8:30pm
Sat 9am - 4:30pm

We are a thrift shop located near downtown Kitchener, Ontario.
Clothing, furniture, housewares, shoes, books, bedding and electronics are just a few of the items you'll find on our regularly
stocked shelves and racks.
While there a few staff here in the shop, our success is a result of a fantastic volunteer base.

This is the BEST thrift store in K-W. I don’t hesitate to buy things here because I know the money is going to a wonderful charity Mennonite Central Committee who does great work for the world. Their displays look great and you can always find something you never knew you needed. The volunteers are super friendly. And bonus: there is a change room if you need it!

We always have an exceptional time here. The prices are amazing and all for a good cause. All type of items here with good quality not like other thrift stores. We love coming here and look forward to always coming back! Staff is always kind here as well and the place is well maintained and clean. We love it.
One of the nicest thrift stores in the area. You will end up finding nice antique pieces here especially furniture. The place is very clean and staff is very helpful. There is ample parking around the area. Goods are very well maintained so I’d definitely recommend a visit to this place.
I haven't seen anything in this shop that isn't in great shape, and I've made a variety of purchases, from books to artwork to kitchenware. One word of advice... If you see something you like, buy it then and there. Wait a few days and it'll be gone. I learned the hard way.
