The Brick

Most pathetic customer service I’ve ever seen. The operations manager ALLY and her trainee SOLO were anything BUT helpful. We dropped over 5 grand and received broken couches twice and the wrong one once. The first time we got our couches it was the WRONG couch. It was also missing the legs. During Christmas my family and I could not sit on the couch (we just bought a brand new house with new floors, we weren’t scratching it). What a great Christmas! After 7 weeks of calling and being hung up on and rejected service, we had another couch (the right one) replaced. The couch was delivered with a bent frame and chipped up bottom and legs. We called again. After another mission impossible to track down the manager, we were able to get another couch delivered FOUR WEEKS LATER! Before the couch was brought into the house it was inspected, the couch’s frame was completely broken (I have pictures) so we rejected the couch. It took over 3 months and we still have the broken couch. Also, the fridge wasn’t assembled right on their end=garbage. Instead of hearing my problem ALLY spoke over me the entire time. I asked for my money back and she agreed to do this in a method of which we had not made to pay for the items(debit). I then asked what was going to be done to rectify this awful experience and she said ‘NOTHING’. Is this how the brick actually runs their company?.. I guess they get sued a lot, she said they have a department specifically meant for law suits. Don’t buy here, I wish I listened to every person I know who bought there and got ripped off(ALL OF THEM). It doesn’t matter how great the deal is if you aren’t receiving the product you purchased. Also the headaches it has been. Wow. DON’T BUY HERE!

We had an absolutely amazing experience on the weekend. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left our sales rep, Jag Dang was amazing. He not only listened to what we had to say but ensured we received the best deal and we got what we wanted. His level of expertise was impressive, but his level of customer service was even more so. I highly recommend this store and Jag Dang! Thanks for everything!

Purchased 2 queen mattress for our children from the Brick in Kitchener. The salesman Jag and store manager Nick were so helpful! The price, quality and service was amazing and the delivery was quick! We were so pleased we went back a few day later to get one for ourselves!! Will be recommending all our friends to go see Nick!!

I’ve been shopping at The Brick for years and have always recieved great service. Most recently I needed to use their Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee to exchange a mattress I had purchased back in January. Peter made the process extremely easy and helped me choose the perfect mattress. His expertise in his field really showed and I am confident I am going to love my new mattress. Thank you to Nick and his entire team for always going above and beyond to help my family and I with all of our home furnishing and appliance needs. I’ll never go anywhere else!

We have purchase many items through the Brick in the Deer Ridge Centre. We have one in Burlington, where we live, but our experience at this store has been far better so we continue to always return. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always professional. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate us. We would recommend anyone looking for furniture or electronics to go to this store!
