Leon's Furniture

In the last 2 years, my wife and I have purchased a mattress set, deep freeze, an entire kitchen set (fridge, stove, micro, dishwasher) and a couch and love seat. We have enjoyed all 4 visits. The staff were friendly and informative. They answered all my questions and helped relieve any concerns I had. All deliveries were on time within the window they gave us. All furniture and appliances were delivered in excellent condition. It makes me wonder what kind of customers those that are giving 1 star really are? Thank you Leon's, we will be back.

Took my mother in to buy some couches. Gladys our sales rep was such a delight to work with us. It didn't take long for my mom to find a couch set. Gladys took her time to help my mom to find something , that best suited her needs Prices were great! I love that they have a play area for kids. Wish I could have shopped too though! Wish they had some sort of child watching service so both parents can shop. Thank you Gladys for making sure my mom was taken care of!!

Four years on and our sofa that we paid a small fortune for has literally fallen apart. It gets normal or average use and should have held up better considering what we paid. After the non-existent customer service and poor quality we experienced at Leon's, I'm happy to say we will never purchase from them again.

I’ve mainly had a positive experiences at this Leon’s. Some salespersons are pushy which is a bit annoying but I’ve mainly had a positive shopping experience here. One recommendation I’d like to make is to not swamp customers as soon as they walk through the door. Personally, I’d like to walk around the store peacefully without a salesperson standing behind me at all times. I literally mean behind me ( less than 3 meters!).

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Please read my review and save yourself the time and look somewhere else for furniture. I bought a couch all the way back in February. I walked into Leon’s and a sales representative approached me and told me they’re having a sale which intrigued me. I ended up putting a deposit down on the couch, the employee began to explain to me that if I wanted to order the couch and have it delievered I’d have to pay it in full. So I did and I was told I would have my couch by April 1. That the max delivery would be 4-5weeks at total. Fast forward to End of March, I call and an employee told me that my delivery would be now for April 14. THEN, the next day I get another call from a different employee saying that I’m not getting my couch it’s out of stock and I won’t be getting it until JUNE!!! So 5 months all together with no couch. At this point I’m furious and asked them if they could call a different Leon’s and get the same couch for me because I saw it was in stock and they said they can’t do that.... not willing to work with me. Upset customer and will never be purchasing anything from them again. Shame on their employees for lying to me and getting my hopes up, making me pay in full to get nothing in return. Never shop here.
