Best Buy

This Best Buy is Super Awesome!!!!! I pretty much buy the Bulk of my Electronics from them!!! The staff is super friendly and really helpful!! And the renovations they did to the store makes it so much easier to find what your looking for!!! I love their wireless guys in there!! I bought 3 phones off them!! They very informative and helped me choose the best one that’s suited my family!! I will totally go back there!!!

I went here to buy a laptop. I don't have a clue when it comes to computers. The gentleman that was helping me (wish I could remember his name) was super helpful and very patient with me. He made sure to explain things in a way I would understand and didn't trying to sell me something I didn't need. He helped me find the perfect laptop and at price I was comfortable paying. Been using it for about 2 weeks now an have no complaints! There was also a you be lady there that was helping me at check out. I ended up getting extended warranty, bitfinder and a few other things for a great deal once it was all packaged and put over a payment plan. 100% recommend going here, especially for a laptop.

Looks Great after Renovation..! They have done really great job in renovating this facility as they might have predicted the profit potential from this facility. Many many choices on kitchen appliances, music instruments and wide variety of electronic products. Dolby Atmos sound experience is amazing, it worth to give this a shot. Have been there many times, few times have felt alone as customer service specialist are always busy or not available for some reason.

Zero assistance on the floor from staff to answer questions. Bare minimum customer service at the counter. Asked for an extended warranty on purchase, and was basically treated like I was wasting their time, so I tucked that money back in my pocket. This visit was not consistent with previous experiences at other best buy locations. I will not be returning for future purchases. With customer service like that, it may as well be called Future Shop...

Amazing visual change from the last time I was in the store before the renovation. Most of the displays are installed by the manufacturer. The result is an exceptional first impression. The staff are as friendly and helpful as I remember. The no commission environment is way better than Future Shop ever was.
