Editing my original review because of their policy. My first phone (S7) screen was repaired but it took them 2 tries. First time I picked it up touch response was bad. They said bad part. I was ok with that, things happen. My issue is that recently I took Note 8 that was under warranty and needs SPen replaced. Their policy is to keep my phone for 5-7 days and wipe it so they can replace the SPen. I asked Samsung and they said its CPR policy not Samsung. So I went to Mobile Klinik and sure enough they ordered my a new SPen under warranty and got it the next day. Did not need to leave my phone or wipe or anything like that. Need to fix your policy CPR, this might be a rare repair request but it makes no sense.

I went by there today with some phone concerns the gentleman behind the counter was great very knowledgable took his time and made sure I was completely satisfied great service recommend to anyone with any phone issues.

I was a bit nervpus given some of the reviews, but I got the screen replaced on my s8+ and it came back looking like new. Most of the complaints seem to relate to the diagnostics fee, which they explained to me when I turned the phone in for repairs. I already knew about it and figured it was worth the risk given it was just a screen replacement, but keep it in mind if your getting more extensive work done. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service though it was expensive. I doubt it would have been cheaper elsewhere though given the research I did.

I dropped my phone, which is how my screen cracked and got it "repaired" at this place. I picked up my phone, went to the car, and noticed that (1) the camera was unaligned, and (2) the screen was popped up. I applied gentle pressure on the screen and it cracked immediately. I went back into the store, and they said they couldn't do anything because I dropped my phone (before I initially got it fixed). They said they wouldn't do anything about it. I would recommend getting a screen off of eBay and repairing it yourself. I was able to do a much better job than these employees. I also noticed after replacing the screen myself that they left out one of the screws (which is why my screen is now popping out). Go anywhere but here to fix your phone...

My laptop just stopped working all of a sudden and I couldn't get into it no matter what I did. I called CPR and came in that night to get it fixed. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and fixed my laptop, AND backed up all my data for me! Everyone was super nice and helpful throughout getting it fixed, and I had my laptop back in 4 days!
