Professional and knowledgeable, yet gently and not overwhelming approach, focused on what we needed, you have a real instinct to understand your customers. We purchased home appliances stove, fridge and tv and thanks to your crew were able to bring them in almost impossible lay out. I visited Dixie Electronics & Appliances and met with Saleem to discuss my all-home appliances options and quote. I bought my home appliances at great price and I had a great experience dealing with Saleem and team of Dixie Electronics. There were some delays from vendor due to pandemics but I was getting continuous updates until all appliances were delivered. Saleem has great knowledge of products, excellent customer service and efficient communication. Saleem is very good person and goes out of the way to keep his excellent customer service. After first experience, we bought new TV as well with great customer service and now I am dealing with Dixie Electronics for any new appliances or electronics needs. I would highly recommend this store for any home Appliances & Electronics needs.
Just bought two Televisions from Dixie Electronics before the mad rush of Black Friday, Christmas and then Boxing day . Its always refreshing to see every major retailer offer a similar discount you had weeks earlier from Dixie E but no hassle or nonsense to deal with. After 12 years Buying every appliance of modern day requirements, best prices, best customer service, carefree purchasing,, its no wondering I have refereed all my real estate clients, family and friends. Dixie Appliance were extremely helpful in my appliance selection and purchase, very competitive pricing as well. Their install crew were very professional and installed my washer and dryer in a very timely manner, and very knowledgeable about product and install procedures. I would recommend Dixie Appliance and their people anytime.
