Story

It all started with a dream. A dream to be a world-class healthcare & wellness company of Canada. Having catered successfully for over 65 years, Village Vitamin Store also known as Village pharmacy, our flagship store in Port Credit, Ontario was established in year 1950 with an aim to provide cure, care and convenience to all of our customers.

Village Vitamin Store is Canada's growing chain of Health, Wellness and Beauty stores. As we have different branches, we are also known as Village Health Food & The Vitamin Store as well. Each of our stores are manned by qualified and highly experienced trained pharmacists, who advise customers as per their health and wellness needs.

They were so patient with me while trying to help me through the order process. I am not one for computers. They are always willing to help educate about products. I found them one day about 3 years ago, while I was looking for a new pharmacy to deal with and have not turned back. I live 3 hours away from Mississauga and my products have always arrived very quickly. Highly recommend the gang here.

Worst Customer Service I bought Zinc supplement among other things and when I opened the bottle it did not smell right. I took it back to the store and some lady came from the back and told me that it’s ok and that’s how suppose to smell. I have taken it in the past and I know it’s not normal. She insisted that I should take it. So I left the bottle with her and walked out of the pharmacy.
Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacist knows her stuff and offered me generic alternatives to my prescription.
Worst service u can imagine, Calling the pharmacy over a week, they don’t give me any answer where is my medicine, why is not getting delivered, Then they say we will call u back, No one called. Left messages for pharmacists, Fahd , he never responded. Every day I call them they put me on hold for half an hour and hang up, Talked to so many Sidra,Fahd , Donna,, Christine, Rayan and so many people they said they will call me , but they never. Worst service in Canada.Im going to call BBB or send them the whole story ,just see what happens tomorrow .Then my next step is to contact OCP.
Super visit today! Helpful staff, found most of what I needed. Decent prices and variety of products. Not entirely sure, but it seemed like there was only paid parking outside the store both on the side and on street in front.
I used to like ordering online from the store. Sometimes they had really good prices for supplements and vitamins especially if they had a sale. I never had a problem until my latest order. Eight days after I ordered I contacted them wondering where the shipping confirmation was. they said they would look into it the next day. The next day I received a shipping confirmation. When I tried to track it it was still an electronic label which means it had not even been picked up yet. This was 9 days after I ordered online. I contacted the store again saying that I was very disappointed that it had taken almost a week and a half just to ship my order and that they had had my money this entire time. Instead of receiving an apology they quoted their shipping policy to me which is unreasonable and internal. It said that they had up to 5 days to assemble an item. They took almost 7 business days to assemble my order. When I tried to point this out the employee said that assembling a package and shipping a package were two different things. Trying to say that taking 9 days to ship an item is reasonable is ridiculous in the real world. I note from the shipping policy that once an item has been shipped one cannot get a refund on the order. they sent the shipping confirmation to me before they even answered my question over whether or not the item had been shipped so now I can't get a refund and order from somewhere else where I will get the items that I need for my children faster. This is dishonest and disgusting behaviour. I will never be ordering from this company ever again.
