Planet Organic Market

The store manager is extremely rude. I have never delt with such an unprofessional person before. I witnessed him treat an employee so badly. I left my basket full of items which was 400 dollars worth and I left the store. Before that an employee named Tatiana was very harsh to me, I was asking a simple question about a product I was looking for and she treated me like I just asked her for a new heart. So much attitude. If she doesn't have the product just tell me so. You don't have to go on a rant about how you guys are the best and have the best prices. Never again will I shop there.

Use to be a great store, but it has gone downhill. Overpriced items that keep going up in price and the things that I used to buy they have discontinued selling them. They hire new people every week it seems, makes me wonder such a high turnover rate

Love the variety in this store/ there’s always ready made food of so many varieties, products including make up, vitamins etc. Prices are a touch higher than if you were to pop by whole foods or somewhere else. Service is great !

Good variety. They have at least 4 brands of organic makeup. High prices but that goes with any organic store. Staff us friendly and helpful for the most part.

Looks good on the outside,but if you are looking to work for Planet Organic Market(Port Credit) beware.There are many excellent employees at POM,but within upper management not so much. The store is run by fraudulent corporate yes people, that are either corrupt in nature or become corrupt through being integrated into POM's culture of malpractice. Their supposed code of ethics should be revised to include favouritism,,brown nosing, bullying,throwing out large amounts of produce,atmospheric tension and trigger happy dismissals to all be deemed appropriate. Employees are treated as financial burdens and not people, they are not the local mom and pop store they portray themselves to be. Go to Farmboy or Whole Foods up the road instead.
