Legend of Touch Spa

I've never been disappointed with the service here. The staff is friendly, and the massage therapist's hands work miracles. She's super knowledgeable and makes the entire experience quite comfortable. I have a pinched nerve due to tight neck and shoulder muscles; a result of working a desk job for too long. The ½ hour neck massage targets this trouble area and I'll be going back frequently to keep it in check. They don't offer direct billing to insurance, but they give you the RMT receipt so you can claim it, if you're covered.

EXCELLENT FOR MASSAGE THERAPY & FACIALS!!! Ever after I gave birth, I had back pain. Even before too. Holy is an angel and she really have Holy hands! She's been giving me massage therapy and to my husband too. We are very pleased with the results. We have experienced many massages in different countries and wr can certainly say she is one of the best! Her facials are great too. We both have had facials and I had some fine lines in my front which started dissapearing after her hydrating and cleaning my face. We have had the Signature Spa Facial. We recommend both Holy and Amy highly. The place is a real spa, needless to say clean and neat and with all the classy ambience anyone would look in a place like this.

This place is wonderful! I'm an usual customer for almost a year now. I have had massage therapy with Holy who is amazing and has helped me relieve a lot of pain when my back is hurting the most. Amy is wonderful too. Their facials are top of the line. I had the signature spa facial which helped me relax and receive a deep cleaning of my face and a bit of masage in my arms. Everytime I come here the ambience is full pf peace and harmony. They are very professional and know what they are doing. Thanks ladies for a wonderful spa experience everytime we go there!

I went there for a massage since I just moved to the neighbourhood - although the massage wasnt bad i went there because they claim they have registered massage therapists - to my surprise I had to wait in the lobby after to have someone give me a receipt and sign it - so bascially the person who gave me the massage wasnt a registered therapist AT ALL- seemed a bit shady

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Poor service!!! As a "4 treatments special" gift certificate holders me and my husband were expecting great SPA experience- especially with facial as it was my first one ever. At first it was beautiful- relaxing music, nice quiet room until she mentioned our "beautiful car"parked outside and " how young we are and we already have a great car" which I found a little uncomfortable. It went downhill from there- she was telling me about my skin imperfections, which I have nothing against- but the only purpose for that was pushing me to buying products she sells. And of course it only works when you buy the whole line- scrub, moisturizer, eye cream, mask...BS! She was insisting that I buy everything,but she was not even able to tell me how this is different (better) from the french product I currently use, she pointed at a colorful poster in reception area, saying that "all celebrities use that'...When I bought the scrub ONLY, she wasn't that nice any more and she gave us attitude. Manicure and pedicure- disaster. She cut my left thumb nail so short that I couldn't use my cell phone the next day- that's how painful it was. She was not very precise when applying the nail polish, she must have put too much of it cause I ended up with little bumps/bubbles on each nail, and polish on my toes- even though I put my socks on 2 hours later ( walked out of spa wearing flip flops) it wasn't dry enough and I got "nice" sock fiber pattern on my big toes...Had to remove it the same day! My cuticle wasn't removed properly and there were gaps between the line of the nail polish and the skin which made it look like a week-old job- just like another writer mentioned... Their on-the-phone service is very poor as well. Not only can you not reach them most of the time, they don't seem to be very friendly and helpful when it comes to complaints. And I don't appreciate when 2 spa employees speak foreign language in front of me and my husband- that's just rude. And if this is what you get as an 'up-graded' service I really don't want to see the basic one...Such a disappointment! :(
