The Root Natural Health Clinic has been amazing for me for the past few years. I started out there with small issues like acne and fatigue. I began competing competitively in Ironman and realized the doctors I have had my whole life were passing me off as "healthy" but I truly wasn't. I was walking around with stubborn fat, exhaustion, acne, hair loss, etc. It wasn't until Dr. Laura and Lauren who began to dissect and treat my problems I had been researching about for years. This clinic is your one stop shop for all answers women related. They have helped me tremendously on my journey to a better self... I highly recommend Laura or Lauren who not only breaks down concepts simply but will truly get to know you on a personal level. These ladies care. I whole heartedly thank you both! I have been here a couple times and it has always been a pleasant experience. Dr Lauren takes her time to really listen to your concerns. It is clean and staff is very friendly. I would definitely go back.

As soon as you walk into this amazing experience you will feel calm and relaxed! The general vibe of The Root is perfectly quaint! Staff are amazing! I was offered a tea and right away and felt Cozy and relaxed. I did 30 mins on the Bio Mat, which I had never done and highly recommend you do, especially if you're a Feb baby like me as it has amethysts in it! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Dr. Lauren is soft spoken, genuine and just overall lovely. She makes you feel at home and has the perfect calm demeanor for her job! I Highly recommend this clinic!

Today was my first visit to The Root for a massage with Anna. I had a fabulous experience from start to finish. I was greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed one of the most amazing teas in the waiting area - one of Dr. Lauren's blends. The atmosphere was inviting and the room was cosy. My treatment was excellent - it was the perfect blend of relaxation and repair, as we had discussed during a thorough consultation. Anna addressed my issues and provided great advice to help maintain my results. Highly recommended!
