Welcome to Lakeside's Facebook page! We are a multidisciplinary clinic offering Naturopathic, Osteopathic, Registered Massage Therapy, Reiki, Holistic Nutrition and Private Social Work treatments. We see patients from all over the GTA.

My girlfriend comes here a lot and has told me they are the best! Ever since she started coming here, she has turned her health diet completely around. She eats super healthy and is now very knowledgeable about what's going on her her body. Staff is friendly in this quaint cozy house by Lakeshore road. In all honesty, my favorite part is the free open huge parking lot that's right beside it. Stay safe out there people and pandemic or not, keep washing those hands! It's just good hygiene!
I would like to say that I have been a patient at Lakeside Natural Health Centre for a couple of years now and I only have great things to say about this natural health centre. Dr. Jessica and Dr. Lisa are amazing and are very knowledgeable. They listen, explain things clearly to you, and work on a plan in which you are both comfortable with. Also, Mandy the office administrator, has such a kind demeanour. She is always so pleasant and helpful, whether it’s through email, phone call or an in person visit. I can’t recommend this natural health centre enough. You guys are doing a great job. Daniela
My daughter and I started visiting Lakeside Natural Health clinic in September as new patients. From our first call with Mandy to our appointments with Dr. Victoria, it was very clear that these ladies care a great deal about our well being. Dr. Victoria has been very good about addressing our concerns and following up after appointments, and Mandy has gone out of her way to find me supplements if they were out of stock in the clinic. I so appreciate their kind, personable manners and patient care. I highly recommend this clinic to those looking for a holistic approach to their health.
I have been referring several fertility patients to our amazing RMT Alison for Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage, particularly around the abdominal and pelvic area to help improve blood circulation, alleviate pelvic congestion, detoxification and reduce pain and inflammation. I finally was able to get in to see Alison myself, and I was so incredibly amazed with the results! I couldn't believe how much less bloating there was in my abdomen, how much more relaxed I felt, and at the same time energized from moving out all that lymphatic sludge. I slept better, and my overall energy and mood was elevated for many days after treatment. I am so proud of the work we do at Lakeside as we are integrating effective modalities to help our patients get better results, faster. If you have always wanted to try Lymphatic Drainage Massage, I would highly recommend this unique Brazilian technique that only a handful of practitioners in Canada are trained in! Alison is extremely skilled, passionate, and very compassionate in her approach!
I have really good experience at Lakeside Natural Health Centre. Dr Jessica is very professional, caring and knows how to treat her patients. Her diagnose skills are really good. She really took care of me when I really needed help with my pain and inflammation. Mandy is the right hand person at this clinic and I have nothing but to say she is very good and takes care of your concerns. She gets answers from Dr Jessica and gets back to you. I highly recommend Lakeside Natural Health Centre if you have health concerns and looking for good clinic.
This review is long overdue. I have been going LSNH for years and it has always been a five star experience. The entire team is kind, professional, warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable they make you feel like family. I've had massage, Naturopathic treatment and acupuncture which I do the majority of the time. Talitha is the acupuncturist and there are not enough words in the English language to describe just how amazing she is. Most recently I was in the office for a session. My neck and shoulder had been bothering me for about 8 days and I could not function properly. In a 1hr treatment I am left feeling whole again and able to look right and left with ease. They say that Disney Land is the happiest place on earth. I promise you that it is not even a close second to Lakeside Natural Health. And I want to give a very special acknowledgement to Mandy for always being such a wonderful woman with an absolute heart of gold. I do not know where I would be physically if LSNH wasn't a thing. I would highly recommend this establishment to all of my family and friends. Thank you for keeping my body in one piece
I was referred to Lakside through my cousin. I'm very picky with where I go to get treatment. After my first first visit with Talitha I never looked back. I have continued to go for sessions. Talitha is amazing she will listen to all your needs and then fix you right up. I've never felt better.
CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT THIS MASSAGE THERAPIST! Between her deep tissue massages after a long hard workout or a relaxing spa-style massage after a long week with my kids, Alison always provides the best massages. I’ve been going to Alison for quite some time now and she’s always been friendly, punctual, and has great availability! She has reasonable rates and the staff at Lakeside Natural Health Centre are always happy to help with booking appointments or answering any questions. I highly recommend them for any of your RMT needs.
My favourite natural health centre with amazing professionals! Alison, massage therapist is extremely talented and attentive, always in tune to what I need. She focuses on all the areas I ask her to, the pressure is always perfect I personally like firm pressure and she always makes sure I feel comfortable. Love hot towel add on after massage, feels so relaxing. The best massage I've ever had, 100% recommend!
I have been a client of this incredible centre for more than 10+ years; Dr. Jessica Lui is exceptional not only as a doctor but as a human being, she is compassionate, insightful, knowledgeable and beyond beautiful inside and out. She supported me through my late pregnancy high risk being in my 40s, perimenopausal and preventative practices and protocols to ensure my continued good health so that I enjoy everything in this life experience.
