Excellent service in a cozy environment.  Mercedes is a meticulous laser technician with an endearing personality who really makes you feel like family.  She is eminently qualified, always conscious of client safety and comfort.  I always feel at ease in her care, and the prices at Allura are very reasonable.

I have been a client of various laser skin and "med spa" treatments for over a decade (IPL, laser hair removal, Profractional, microdermabrasion, glycolic acid peels, Botox, hyaluronic acid fillers), having met Mercedes at her previous place of employment and presently following her to Allura, an elegant laser skin boutique tucked away at the end of a residential street just off Lakeshore.  It's such a perfect and quiet little space, kept immaculately clean, untroubled by crowds or traffic, like having my own private laser clinic right around the corner.  This stress-free local convenience and especially the privacy afforded by the street provides such a relaxing experience compared to other spas I've been to (where I sometimes had to exit through the busy public space of a shopping center with skin raw immediately after face treatments).  Every time I leave from a treatment at Allura it feels just as though I've visited a good friend!

To anyone in the Port Credit area considering laser hair removal or other skin care treatments, as someone who has attended a number of GTA laser centers over the years I can wholeheartedly recommend Allura as my clinic of choice.
