Today was my first visit. However, the customer service began when I called last week for an appointment. Camila answered the phone, was polite and very helpful. When I walked in for my appointment, Camila was there to greet me with a smile, and called me by my name! A hot beverage was immediately offered, the coffee was flavourful and perfectly  prepared. I got my nails done with Kelly. She took the time and fixed all (and there were a lot) of mistakes that were made by previous salons. Kelly is very professional, easy to talk to, and ensures you are aware of what she is doing, and why. She knows her stuff and my nails look so good they look like I do not have bio gel on!! Being that it was my 1st visit, I got 20% off!!! That wasn't even the icing on the cake. The prices are more than reasonable... The service top notch.... The care and knowledge these wonderful people have has guaranteed me as a return customer. 
It is places like these that make me proud to support local businesses! Thank you Camila and Kelly!! See you soon!

They are very friendly, their service is great and they take the time to treat every client.  The place is beautiful and make you feel relax as soon as you enter the door. Definitely worth the money.

I can confidently say that, I just had the best haircut I’ve ever received! My stylist Serina was absolutely phenomenal and flat out amazing. She was exceptionally skilled, full of personality, and truly funny. Aria is extremely clean and I was greeted in such a comforting way that I felt like I actually belonged. I will most definitely be back soon, and will recommend to everyone!

Walked in for the first time with horrible dry and unhealthy hair. The transformation was unbelievable!!! I walked out with picture perfect healthy looking hair. The atmosphere is relaxing and very welcoming and well as the prices are very reasonable. I’m so thankful for the recommendation and I’d say if your looking for a place that can help transform your hair TRY Aria’s salon and spa! I never thought my hair could look so good. TALENT 100%

I know several of the staff at Aria, and regularly get my hair done by their staff. I've had great experiences there, and have had a few discussions with the owner about her hopes and plans, and the hard work it takes to put together such a high quality group. 
I've seen a regular flow of one-star reviews lately that get posted and removed. For those reading the reviews, these appear to be inspired by a former staffer who was caught on video threatening to ruin the business after she was terminated - I'm going to guess someone vetting the reviews at Google is removing them.
