The facility and staff at SWAT are second-to-none. Combining world-class knowledge and professionalism with the highest quality equipment creates an atmosphere that makes you feel like you are training like a professional athlete; because you ARE. The trainers at SWAT are a tight-knit group of life-long athletes of various backgrounds. They provided me with exercises and routines that provided results, prevented injury, and were actually FUN! Their knowledge of nutrition added a whole new dimension to my lifestyle and gave me results faster than I ever thought possible. I've been to all the big gyms and even some of the smaller ones and trained with various trainers. I have never experienced anything like this before. It truly is on of a kind. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing atmosphere, everyone is so inspiring and all trainers make a plan for your specific needs. Over and above any expierence I have ever had with fitness

What an amazing facility! They truly care about their clients. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff is like my second family.
