I recently had upholstery work done on several small pieces of furniture by Lewis Upholstery. Yes, like most other products and services these day the work seemed expensive, however for me re-upholstering was not a way to save money on furniture, it was meant to give new life to treasured heirlooms. In this respect I'm very pleased, their work was excellent and the turnaround time was very short. Keep in mind that currently they only accept cash.
When you've been in the upholstery business 50 years, the results of their work speaks volumes. Impeccable!
Hopefully they have improved. I had a chair recovered there a couple of years ago. Worst upholstery job I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t even centre the buttons, stitching on the back very uneven. They blamed the fabric to which I replied they shouldn’t have proceeded if the fabric was faulty. It only took a day to do the work which was reflected in the results. Couldn’t even look at the chair afterwards and covered it with a sheet. Total waste of money and wouldn’t recommend this company.
This place really is amazing at their craft! We’ve had our large trailer cushions reupholstered when the trailer company turned their backs on us. Lewis Upholstery made them look brand new! We also have had many other items done and their quality is always top notch. Highly recommend. Wide selection of fabrics and extremely fast turn around.

Pricing is outrageous, checkout Fergus upholstery way more realistic and friendly
I had 2 arm chairs recovered and they look wonderful. Very pleased.

The best service! Purchased material here last year and went back again. Will return!
They did a beautiful job on our couch, chair and ottoman!! Highly recommend!!!
